3. Free Estimates

We offer free, no-obligation estimates. Estimates are based on information available at the time of inspection and measurement. Final pricing may vary due to changes in scope, materials, site conditions, or customer requests.

An estimate does not constitute a binding contract.

4. Contracts and Payments

• A written agreement or invoice approval is required before work begins.

• Payment terms will be outlined in the approved proposal or invoice.

• Deposits may be required prior to fabrication or material ordering.

• Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise stated in writing.

Failure to make timely payments may result in delays, suspension of services, or additional fees as permitted by Florida law.

5. Scheduling and Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates only. Delays may occur due to material availability, weather conditions, supplier delays, site readiness, or factors beyond our control. Onyx Countertops is not responsible for delays caused by third parties.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate information and access to the job site

• Ensure the installation area is clear, safe, and ready

• Confirm selections, measurements, and design details before fabrication

Changes requested after fabrication begins may result in additional costs.

7. Material Characteristics

Natural stone products such as marble and granite may contain variations in color, veining, texture, and pattern. These characteristics are inherent to natural materials and are not considered defects.

Quartz products may vary slightly in appearance depending on the manufacturer.

8. Warranty and Limitations

Any warranties offered are limited to those expressly stated in writing. Normal wear and tear, improper use, lack of maintenance, or damage caused by third parties are not covered.

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Onyx Countertops disclaims all implied warranties not expressly provided.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Onyx Countertops shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing. Any materials already ordered or fabricated are non-refundable. Refunds, if applicable, will be handled in accordance with the signed agreement and Florida law.
